Over the last few years, I’ve seen a rise in requests for destination villa weddings. These venues offer privacy and a blank canvas so you can really make them your own. Depending on their size, they work well for couples wanting a smaller celebration such as a micro wedding or a villa elopement.
After 16 years and 2 beautiful daughters together, Jessica and Nick decided to elope on Lefkada island in Greece. Despite Covid-19 and two sets of cancelled flights, they weren’t going to let anything stop them getting to say ‘I do’.
Their wedding planner, Claire, made sure that their big day went off without a hitch. They were able to have a relaxed morning with their girls, who helped mum get dressed. Their ceremony took place at midday, before they sat down to enjoy a picnic lunch of greek pastries, fruit, yoghurt and honey around the pool.
Lefkada Villa Elopement Photography
Wedding and elopement photography is the art of observation, capturing the emotions you cannot put into words. Documenting the moments that you never want to lose. It’s pressing the pause button on a single second so that it can be replayed over and over…
My elopement photography packages are the perfect partnership of documentary-style photography and elegant portraiture for a destination elopement. I aim to create a true reflection of your love for one another through my images.
